We are your neighbors, your fellow Liberians, and your partners in building a life of belonging and purpose in Rochester.
Our Purpose
LCAR exists to foster and advance a spirit of care, charity, and moral integrity within our community. We provide support, and recreational opportunities for individuals and families – while preserving the rich culture and heritage of Liberia in Minnesota.
